In case of termination, all related data, orders, and credits may be removed without liability. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed accordingly.

3. شروط التسجيل والأهلية

للمشترين:

• يجب أن تكون قد بلغت السن القانوني للشراء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

• يجب توفير عنوان توصيل صالح داخل دولة الإمارات.

للبائعين:

• يجب أن تكون منشأتك مسجلة رسميًا داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

• يجب أن تمتلك رخصة تجارية سارية المفعول صادرة من الجهات المختصة.

• يجب تقديم إثبات تفويض لإدارة الحساب.

• يجب تقديم مستندات الهوية والمعلومات البنكية ذات الصلة.

• قد يتم طلب مستندات إضافية حسب الأنظمة المعمول بها في الدولة.

في حال عدم استيفاء الشروط، نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء التسجيل أو الوصول إلى المنصة.

4. مسؤوليات المستخدم

باستخدامك لمنصة Find Wher، فإنك توافق على:

• الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك.

• تقديم معلومات دقيقة ومحدثة دائمًا.
